The ancient settlement Yassy-Kultobe, (in the 1st millennium AD - the 14th century) is one of the oldest settlements of Kazakhstan, included in the list of monuments of Republican significance of the State historical and cultural reserve museum "Azret Sultan". The settlement is located 350 meters from the mausoleum of Khoja Ahmed Yasawi. It is a massive mound of irregular oval shape up to 9 m high, with an area of approximately 150x120 m.
