WINNERS OF THE REGIONAL CONTEST OF YOUNG POETS “I SING YOU, MY NATIVE LAND” WERE AWARDED.

The poetry contest among schoolchildren and students dedicated to the 30th anniversary of Independence of the country, organized by the State Historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve “Azret Sultan”, ended.

For the contest poems were submitted by 24 students from districts and cities of Turkestan region. By the decision of jury the main prize was awarded to Omirbekov Nurdaulet Galymzhanuly and cash prize in amount of 50 000 tenge. Also Dikhanbay Ersaiyn took first place (30 000 tenge), second place was given to Bolysbek Daniyal (20 000 tenge), third place to Aruzhan Ashirkhankyzy (10 000 tenge).

The winners received a letter of thanks from the director of the State Historical and Cultural Reserve-Museum “Azret Sultan” and printed materials published by the Reserve-Museum.

During the event, teachers who mentored talented young people and guided them on their creative path were also awarded with letters of gratitude from the director.

Murat Meirbekuly, deputy director for scientific work of the museum-reserve “Azret Sultan”, who presented special gifts to the winners, thanked the talented and gifted young people and expressed his gratitude.

At the end of the event, the young poets performed poems dedicated to the organizers.
