A traveling exhibition on the theme “Түркістан облысындағы қасиетті жерлер” was held at the secondary school №24 named after M.Shokhai. Kazakhstan is rich in sacred sites with a centuries-old history. More than 100 objects are included in the list of sacred places within the framework of the project ” Қазақстанның киелі жерлерінің географиясы” The purpose of the exhibition is to familiarize students with several iconic architectural structures, cities, settlements, mounds – which are one of the main foundations of the spiritual tradition included in this project. Among them are the well-preserved mausoleum of Khoja Ahmed Yasawi in Turkestan, the mausoleum of Baba Tukti Shashty Aziz in the Sozak district, the mausoleum of Ibrahim Ata, Karashash Ana in Sairam and the mausoleum of Arystanbab in Otyrar. Selected photographs of all listed objects from the fund of the “Әзірет Сұлтан” Museum–Reserve was presented to the students. At the end of the exhibition, students were able to get answers to all their questions.
