We informed that with the support of the Ministry of Culture and sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the State Historical and Cultural Reserve-Museum “Azret Sultan”, employees of the Reserve-Museum excursion, conservation and restoration will be sent to educational institutions in the country and abroad to train and improve their experience from professionals with experience at the international level.
For this purpose, the guides of the State Historical and Cultural Reserve-Museum “Azret Sultan” K.Nurakhmetova and S.Yeralieva were sent to a one-week training course at the International Academy of Tourism, located in Antalya, Turkey.
Students from the Antalya International Academy of Tourism, which has a leading position in Central Asia in terms of training base and training of qualified personnel in the field of tourism, are in high demand around the world. As a result of the bilateral agreement between the Antalya International Academy of Tourism and the State Historical and Cultural Reserve-Museum “Azret Sultan”, the staff from Turkistan took part in a week of comprehensive lectures and work with qualified specialists.
-” We have gained a lot of experience from advanced training courses in Antalya. The lecture was conducted in English, as the academy trains specialists of international level. From establishing contacts with guests and foreign tourists as a tour guide, comprehensive issues such as requirements, qualifications, ethics, informatization, which must be met during the tour, were studied at the theoretical and practical level. We also talked to experts from other countries. Undoubtedly, this educational trip will give a new impetus to our several years of experience,” said Saltanat Eralieva.
It should be noted that specialists of the excursion department of the State Historical and Cultural Reserve-Museum “Azret Sultan” work in Kazakh, Russian, English, Turkish, Arabic languages. In the future, other tour guides working with foreign tourists will have internships at foreign training bases.
