Now the Museum of the History of Turkestan. Historical and architectural monument is located along Tauke Khan Avenue. It is location of the territory of the ancient city Turkestan. It is the monument of local importance. This construction was built as a barracks for officers of the junior rank of the 1st rotta of the Turkestan rifle battalion. 2014-2015 restoration work was carried out. In 2016, re-exposition restoration, replenishment of the museum, reconstruction of old exposition views in new solutions were carried out.
