The “Azret Sultan” and “Sviyazhsk Island-Town” museum-reserves have established cooperation

Today, the National Historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve “Azret Sultan” and the State Historical, Architectural and Art Museum-Reserve “Sviyazhsk Island-Town” (Republic of Tatarstan) signed a Memorandum of Mutual Cooperation.

This agreement is a historic step aimed at uniting the scientific and cultural potential of the two institutions and elevating their professional partnership to a new level. The Memorandum not only ensures long-term collaboration but also defines the legal framework for implementing joint projects.

The parties agreed to cooperate in the following areas:

  • Conducting joint scientific research;
  • Organizing exhibitions at the international level;
  • Preserving and widely promoting historical and cultural heritage;
  • Exchanging professional experience and enhancing staff qualifications.

This initiative strengthens international cultural integration and gives fresh momentum to joint efforts in preserving historical heritage. The cooperation between the two sides revives shared values and opens new opportunities for scientific collaboration.

Furthermore, the “Azret Sultan” National Historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve will continue expanding partnerships with leading global institutions and promoting  rich cultural heritage worldwide of Kazakhstan.
