Today in our city, at the Turkestan Locomotive Depot, an important event was held on the theme “The Railway is the Nation’s Blood Vessel”, organized by the National Historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve “Aziret Sultan”.
By the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan K.K. Tokayev, 2025 was declared the «Year of Working Professions», and much attention is paid in society to glorifying the hard work and professionalism of ordinary workers. In this regard, veterans and workers who have worked hard and diligently for many years, holding responsible positions, were honored at the railway station of our city.
The purpose of the event is to recognize the work of each railway worker and to convey to young people their contribution to the development of the country.
The first to speak at the meeting was the acting director of the National Museum-Reserve «Aziret Sultan» Saipulla Mollakanagatuly, who congratulated the railway workers on their professional holiday, noting that their work for the benefit of the country is worthy of true heroism, and the industry is complex and responsible.

In addition, veterans of the local industry – Oskenbaev Baltabay and Shakirova Khamdiya – shared valuable memories of their years of service and conveyed their moral wishes to the youth.
Indeed, railway workers are truly responsible people who deliver passengers and cargo on time and safely, around the clock, regardless of the weather.
During the meeting, industry worker Zhumanov Usen expressed sincere gratitude to the management of the museum-reserve for a special visit, designed to raise the status of ordinary railway workers who work conscientiously and maintain iron discipline.
At the end of the event, veterans and employees who took part in the event were presented with letters of gratitude, printed materials from the museum-reserve and special gifts.
We thank the management of Ideal Turkistan for sponsoring the event and wish them further success.
«Ideal Turkistan» is one of the leading companies in our city!
