New Partnerships in Researching the Legacy of Khoja Ahmed Yasawi

On November 18, 2025, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the “Azret Sultan” National Historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve and the Central State Archive of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

According to the document, signed by Acting Director of the Museum-Reserve N. Dükenbayev and Director of the Central State Archive of the Republic of Kazakhstan S. Shildebai, the parties agreed to jointly implement scientific projects, organize traveling exhibitions, and conduct collaborative research on archival documents related to the Mausoleum of Khoja Ahmed Yasawi.

At the conclusion of the event, Acting Director of the Museum-Reserve N. Dükenbayev presented the archive library with printed publications of the museum. The business trip will continue with the signing of further memorandums with the National Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the National Central Museum of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Association of Museums of Almaty City, as well as higher educational institutions.
