In October 2023, during the 8th meeting of the Ministers Responsible for Tourism of the Organization of Turkic States held in the city of Turkistan, the city was declared the “Tourism Capital of the Turkic World” for 2024.
Today, December 25, in our sacred city, the title of “Tourism Capital of the Turkic World” was officially handed over to the city of Jalal-Abad, Kyrgyz Republic. On this occasion, the Kyrgyz delegation visited the “Hazret Sultan” National Historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve, where they explored and admired several historical sites.
