RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE DEPARTMENT

• Defining the theme, content, and concept of exhibitions, developing a scenario and a thematic and exposition plan (feasibility study), and developing a concept.
• Development of an exhibition project plan and management of their implementation.
• Rational use of the museum’s exhibition space and the placement of exhibitions, the creation of re-exhibitions.
• Selection of exhibits, preparation of descriptions and scientific annotations.
• Definition of the artistic design and design project of the exhibition.
• Organization of installation and dismantling works.
• Organization of field and temporary exhibitions. Development of the concept and logistics of field exhibitions. Coordination of work with the host party (museums, galleries). Control of the conditions and safety of the exhibits.

Coordination of the organizational process of exhibitions:

• Organization and coordination of all stages of the exhibition: installation of exhibits, provision of technical equipment, design and decoration.
• Managing the maintenance staff during the exhibition: guides, technical staff, designers, etc.
• Monitoring the comfort of visitors during the opening and operation of the exhibition.
