A TALENTED PERSONALITY OF SACRED TURKESTAN

Today, the National Historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve «Azret Sultan» hosted the grand opening of an exhibition dedicated to the 65th anniversary of the birth of satira sardary, poet — Muratbek Duisembekov in the museum of the historical monument of the XIX century «Zhuma Meshit».

The purpose of this event is a talented countryman and our pride, who passed away as a shooting star, as well as an employee of the museum. To preserve the moral life of Muratbek Duisembekov for future generations.

The event was attended by colleagues and contemporaries of Muratbek Duisembekov, his friends, spouses, sons and daughters, museum managers and intellectuals. The exhibition was opened by Acting Director of the National Historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve «Azret Sultan» Nurlan Dukenbayev, who said that poet Muratbek Duisembekov worked as a researcher at the museum of the architectural building of the republican mausoleum of Khoja Ahmed Yasawi from 1985 to 1988. And the poet’s wife Gulzhan Yelibaevna thanked the staff of the National Museum-Reserve «Azret Sultan» for opening this exhibition. In addition, Umut Meldekhanova, a professor at MKTU, and Odirkul Tashimova, a correspondent for the newspaper South Kazakhstan, shared valuable memories of Muratbek Duisembekov.

Students of the International Kazakh-Turkish University named after H.A.Yassawi, Faculty of Philology and grandson of poet Zerekula Bekasyl read excerpts from the poet’s works.

The visitors were introduced to the exhibition by the specialist-guide of the Beisenova Ardak Museum-Reserve. The exhibition will be presented to visitors for 1 month.
