Garrison headquarters, The ХІХс .

Historical and architectural monument of the XIX century. It has Republican significance. Location Aiteke bi street, No. 1b. Together with the nearby barracks building, it is the only one preserved from the complex of buildings of the Turkestan garrison. Built according to a standard design. The walls are brick, unpainted, the foundation is stone, the floors are wooden, beams; the roof is iron. The headquarters building is a characteristic example of the «brick style». It is a one-story, rectangular building with a main entrance on a long street facade. In the 1990s, after the state bank, the treasury bank was located at the garrison headquarters. Since 2019, the building has become the property of the Azret Sultan Museum-Reserve. Currently, the building houses several departments of the museum-reserve. Since 1994, it has been included in the collection «Collection of historical and Cultural monuments of Kazakhstan» of the South Kazakhstan region under the number No. 594.1.
