1st City Conference of Young Researchers on the Theme «Homeland»

On October 22, 2025, under the auspices of the Azret Sultan National Historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve and the Turkestan City Department of Education, the first round table was organized among young researchers on the topic «Learning from Our Native Land», bringing together young scientists from schools and secondary specialized educational institutions of our city.

The collection presents schoolchildren’s research papers on the history of their native region, the lives of local celebrities and figures, archaeology, ethnography, relic studies, the region’s tourism potential, and the popularization of historical sites.

Publishing a collection of scientific articles is one way to engage young people in science. The main goal of this event, organized on behalf of the museum-reserve, is to inspire students to engage in scientific research from a young age, and it is also one of the priority areas for the development of museum affairs and museum communication.
