THE NATIONAL MUSEUM-RESERVE «AZIRET SULTAN» CELEBRATED THE INTERNATIONAL MUSEUM DAY

As part of the celebration of the «Night of Museums — 2025» in the National Historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve «Azret Sultan» various large-scale events were organized.

The festive event was opened by the Deputy Director of the Museum-Reserve for Scientific Work Murat Tastanbekov, who congratulated the staff of the museum-reserve on their professional holiday and emphasized the importance of museums.

For visitors of the museum-reserve
– Legends of Yasawi;
– Excursion to the monuments of ancient Turkestan;
– Turkestan exhibition through the eyes of children;
– Journey to external inscriptions and the quest «In the footsteps of Yasawi»;
– Blacksmithing, coin minting, jewelry;
– Exhibition “Living Artifacts”;
–A festive program was presented, including master classes, quizzes and competitions.

Participants of the clubs “Young Restorer”, “Young Archaeologist” and “Young Tour Guide” were awarded. At the same time, educational events were organized for visitors in the Mausoleum of Khoja Ahmed Yasawi, the “Museum of Rare Artifacts”, the “Underground Museum of the Kyluet Mosque” and the “Yasawi Museum”.

Visitors to the museum actively participated in intellectual games such as: “Find the Treasure”, “Who is the Sniper?”, “Think, Guess!”. Participants were awarded and received printed materials from the Azret Sultan National Museum-Reserve.

As part of the “Gift to the Museum” campaign, supporters of the museum-reserve donated ancient artifacts to the museum-reserve.
