RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE DEPARTMENT

1. Organizes work on the creation and implementation of promising and ongoing programs aimed at implementing the museum-reserve’s activities in the field of public relations.
2. Coordinates the collection and analysis of economic, socio-political and sociological information related to the activities of the museum-reserve.
3. Organizes the continuous preparation of analytical materials to adjust the current plan of the museum-reserve in the field of public relations.
4. It provides effective and permanent two-way communication between the management of the museum-reserve and organizations, various groups of society, and the media.
5. Organizes the preparation and holding of events aimed at implementing the activities of the museum-reserve in the field of public relations.
6. Ensures the dissemination of information and advertising information about the activities of the museum-reserve.
7. He directs the research of public opinion on the main factors affecting the reputation of the organization in order to adjust the programs and concepts of the museum-reserve in the field of public relations.
8. Oversees the preparation and execution of contracts and contracts for advertising, informational, organizational and financial support of events and programs in certain areas of the organization’s activities in the field of investor relations.
9. Develops and approves the concept of museum and conservation publications, the official web resource of the organization, the content of social networks and other information materials produced by the organization.
