HONOR TO THE VETERAN OF LABOR

Today, science, which is the core of our spiritual life, is promoted among a wide range of readers and among the younger generation. If the library passes on our spiritual cultural wealth to its reader from generation to generation, then the person who unites them is the librarian.

October 24 was approved as the librarian’s day by the decree of the government of the Kazakhstan Republic dated October 18, 2022 with № 833.

The national historical and cultural museum-reserve “Әзірет Сұлтан” launched the “Person of labor” program this year.

On the first Sunday of October, on the eve of the celebration of teacher’s day, I held a meeting with the excellent education worker of the Kazakhstan Republic Turganbay Salgarayev.

Today’s “Person of labor” program is dedicated to the celebration of October 25 – the Republic day and October 24 – the librarian’s day.

The guests of the program were the honored worker of the Republic of Kazakhstan, cultural figure of the Republic, excellent worker of the library sphere of the Kazakhstan Republic Serzhanova Raushan Nurpeisovna and librarian Sartbaeva Kunkul Tineibaevna, veteran of the national historical and cultural museum-reserve “Әзірет Сұлтан “.

The program “Person of labor” was organized in the assembly hall of the Khoja Akhmet Yasawi museum.

The event was attended by employees of the Turkestan city department of culture, the city library named after Abay, the library named after S.Erubaev, the regional scientific and universal library “Farab” and librarians of the city schools, representatives of public associations “Grandmothers”, “Women” and museum employees.

The event was opened by the director of the National historical and cultural museum-reserve “Әзірет Сұлтан” Sadykbekov Maulen Zharylkasynovich. He congratulated all those present on the Republic day and the professional holiday of the librarian.

In addition, the director expressed his gratitude to the guests of the event and presented printed materials from the museum-reserve.
