The National Historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve “Әзірет Сұлтан” has opened an exhibition “Uzbekali Zhanibekov and museum work” on the occasion of the birthday of the statesman and public figure Uzbekali Zhanibekov (August 28). U. Zhanibekov has a huge contribution to the spiritual and cultural development of the country. His lifestyle is a source of inspiration for all sane people who want to serve the country. That is why it has become a tradition in the “Әзірет Сұлтан” Museum-Reserve to organize an annual thematic exhibition on the occasion of Uzbekali Zhanibekov’s birthday.

One of the features of this year’s event is that before the opening of the exhibition, a masterclass was held on cooking one of Uzbekali Zhanibekov’s favorite dishes – “Noodles with crushed salted cottage cheese”.

After the exhibition, a Republican scientific and methodological round table was held on the topic “Problems of museum works development in Kazakhstan”. The participants of the round table exchanged views on the problems of museum works in our country, on ways to solve them and develop the industry.
