A scientific and practical conference on the theme “Cultural and educational work of the museum: traditions and innovation” was held in the city of Kokshetau with the organization of the Akmola regional Department of Culture, the Malik Gabdullin Museum. S. Shametov, a researcher at the “Әзірет Сұлтан” Museum-Reserve, took part in this conference and made a presentation on the topic “Communication in the service of the museum”. In addition, to our state’s support for the cultural sector, including museums, the conference comprehensively addressed such topical issues as the development of relations between museums and museum visitors. The scientific basis of the issues raised in the report was highly appreciated by the organizers.
