As part of the scientific-educational expedition project “In the footsteps of Yasawi” organized by the State Historical and Cultural Reserve-Museum “Azret Sultan” of the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a cane and a manuscript used by Hodja Ahmed Yasawi’s uncle Tagaiyn Ata were found.  This heritage has been preserved in the mausoleum of Tagayin Ata by a dynasty that has been working as a torchbearer since their ancestors.  Sharipulla Khaidaruly, who turned 82 this year, told the story of the artifact, wrapped it in a white cloth and published an ancient manuscript at the bottom of the box.
– “Our ancestor, who was his soulmate, was fortunate enough to wait for the tomb of the holy and holy uncle Tagaiyn and to serve those who recited the Koran. That is, the first torchbearer was our ancestor Bogi Shaiyk. This service continues from father to son.  As for Bogi, after his son Ikoni, then Rozmat, Umar, Haidar, Dadahon, I have the service. Our ancestors, who kept the purity and honesty in the path of religion, lived a long time.
As you know, the mother of Hodja Ahmed Yassavi, Karashash, was of religious origin, a hero and a saint. Tagaiyn ata was the brother of Karashash. The things used by the saint have been preserved and passed down from generation to generation.  Although 800 years have passed, crutch still remains intact.  It is unknown what is written in this manuscript.  Ancient inscriptions and incomprehensible inscriptions in circles, triangles, squares.  My ancestors could not solve the mystery of this book with me, “said Sharipulla Khaidaruly
According to historical data, the real name of Tagayin Ata is Nuriddin Shaik.  The people called him “Tagayin Ata” in honor of Karashash, the mother of Hodja Ahmed Yassavi.  Tagaisha Bibi is the real name of Karashash mother.  This opinion is supported by the candidate of historical sciences, associate professor, jurist Zikiriya Zhandarbek.
“Ahmet Yasawi’s mother, Tagaisha Bibi, is nicknamed Karashash Ana. Some people mistakenly say that Karashash Ana’s name was Aisha. Aisha Musakozhakyzy is Yasawi’s wife. These data are taken from the Nasabnama. The Nasabnama are the history of the Yasawi way, “said historian Zikiriya Zhandarbek.
Orientalist N.I.  Veselovsky’s account shows that Hodja Ahmed Yassavi’s father, Ibrahim Shaikh, identified his mother as Togaibicha.  This information is contained in the book of the scientist M. Mirkhaldarov on the “History of Sairam”, as well as in the works of the famous scientist Mukhtar Khoja and Y.A. Elgin.
There are many legends about the relationship between Tagaiyn Ata (Nuriddin Shaiyk) and Tagaisha Bibi.  According to one source, Nuriddin Shaiyk was a hero, kind and holy man who kept the peace and tranquility of the country.  That is why many couples still spend the night at his grave, offer the Koran and ask God for a child.
The legacy of Tagaiyn Ata is one of the main innovations of the reserve-museum.  The main goal of the museum administration is to return the artifacts from abroad, to search for the heritage and data inherited from the ancestors, to collect them in the reserve-museum fund, to conduct scientific research.
“It is good news that on the eve of the Nauryz, a crutch used by the uncle of Hodja Ahmed Yassavi was found. Before independence, much of the historical data, including religious and spiritual information about Yassavi, was destroyed and looted. The condition of the mausoleum is known.  In the morning, the roots of our history were revived, the lost hopes were awakened and the lost heritage was found. Only yesterday, a sample and seal of the Nasabnama manuscript was found in the hands of the descendants of our ancestor Yasawi in Namangan, Uzbekistan.  Thanks to Nazarbayev’s prudent policy of reviving the mausoleum and heritage of Hodja Ahmed Yasawi, many good deeds have been done and the world has become more and more beautiful. The discovery of the historical heritage of the spiritual figure at the time of the rise of Turkestan, the center of the Turkic people. I know that the gate is open for recognition.  The scientific-cognitive expedition “In the footsteps of Yasawi”, which began last year, is yielding results.  All the heritage found in the hands of the treasured elders will be studied and identified with the help of experts in the field.  We pay tribute to our wise ancestors, who brought to the present day the masterpieces of antiquity and history, and we are grateful to the elders who are faithful to the trust.  The work of the expedition will continue in the future
