The winners of the competition “The best guide – 2020” among guides of RSE “State Historical and Cultural Reserve-Museum” Azret Sultan “of the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan have been determined.

The winners of the competition were awarded by Deputy Director of the State Historical and Cultural Reserve-Museum “Azret Sultan” Murat Tastanbekov.

Asem Orynbekova took the first place in four rounds, Gaukhar Zhuzbayeva took the second place and Saltanat Eralieva took the third place.

The purpose of the competition is to promote tourism and excursions in the country and to intensify the educational work of the museum, to increase the efficiency and quality of excursion services, to increase the prestige of the museum.

There are 10 guides in the Excursion and Propaganda Department of the State Historical and Cultural Reserve-Museum “Azret Sultan”.  These employees provide excursions and propaganda to visitors of the reserve-museum in six languages: Kazakh, Russian, English, Turkish, Chinese and Arabic.
