Today, the event “Абайдана – Абайдарақазақта” on the occasion of the birthday of the great Abai was held at the “Balausa” summer recreation camp at the establishment of the “Child and Adolescent Center” of the Turkestan Regional Department for Human Development.

The event, organized by the National Historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve “Әзірет Сұлтан”, was attended by teachers and students of the camp.

An exhibition of paintings and books glorifying the life and work of the great poet was presented at a cultural event dedicated to the birthday of the great poet and educator of the Kazakh people AbaiKunanbayuly. Also, at this meeting, the camp’s students entered into a competition among themselves in reading and reciting Abai’s poems and prose and singing his songs.
