Employees of the State Historical and Cultural Reserve-Museum “Azret Sultan” cleaned the territory of the mausoleum and the well of Ukash Ata.

As part of the event, which was organized to clean the sacred and historical objects of national importance, the area around the mausoleum of Ukash Ata, the parking lot and around the well, the grass was mowed and dried out trees were cut down.

– “One of our most important tasks is to take care of the reserve, which is specially visited from all over the country, keep it clean and create comfortable conditions for visitors. Currently, there is one caretaker at the Ukash Ata mausoleum and one caretaker at the well. The number of visitors also increases during the warm season. Therefore, on weekends, employees of the reserve-museum clean up the territory around the mausoleum. Such useful work will be carried out in other historical places as well,” said the acting director of the State Historical and Cultural Reserve-Museum Azret Sultan Ersin Tazhibayev.

It is worth noting that since 2018 a lot of work has been done to improve the area around the mausoleum and the Ukasha-Ata well. An asphalt road was laid to the well, and the problem of lighting was solved. In addition, a well was dug for watering greenery and toilets were repaired. A number of landscaping works were done at the expense of sponsors.
